Leaders Meeting
We were contracted by a global pharmaceutical company to deliver a comprehensive 4-day leadership meeting for 100 attendees.
Responsibilities included sourcing an exclusive-use hotel, managing every aspect of the event from planning to execution, and developing a custom registration and event website.
Hosted at the prestigious Camiral Hotel in Girona, Spain, the event featured an integrated wellbeing and activities program, thoughtfully branded awards, and themed evening entertainment, including a lively Bandeoke night. To further enhance the experience, we sourced bespoke corporate gifts, adding a personal and memorable touch to this successful event.

Kick Off Festival
In partnership with a leading global pharmaceutical company, we were tasked with orchestrating a dynamic 4-day conference and summer festival for 125 attendees.
Set against the scenic backdrop of De Vere Latimer Estate in Buckinghamshire, the event seamlessly combined business and entertainment!
Highlights of the experience included a custom-branded registration website, comprehensive delegate management, and co-ordinated airport transfers. The event culminated in a spectacular summer festival, featuring a BBQ, live band, and a variety of fairground rides. Guests were also captivated by thrilling performances from fire eaters and stilt walkers, making the celebration truly unforgettable.
